LEVIS AT COACHELLA 2019

For Coachella 2019, Levis to put on one of the largest day parties at Coachella. Levis rented out the Sands Hotel for the weekend and filled the rooms with celebrities, influencers, and select media for a massive activation. From the custom denim gifted to everyone, to the incredible photo opps, to Snoop Dogg DJ’ing the party – safe to say it was a hit.

I was on the Sunset Studios production team and my main role revolved around aspects of event production including: event planning, onsite event logistics, developing timelines, vendor and sponsor relations, talent relations, event creative strategy.

The talent at the event included Snoop Dogg, Hailey Bieber, Wiz Khalifa, Jaden Smith, Jordyn Woods, Yaeji, Karrueche, St. Vicious, and Darren Criss.
